Warranty:Our warranty policy applies to manufacturing defects, not misuse, and must be reported no later than 24 hours after the customer receives the package.
How to request a warranty:Evidence must be uploaded through the platform's warranty module by means of photos and videos showing the manufacturing defect. This does not apply to mishandling. This solution will be provided within 2 to 3 days after receiving the product and after verifying the information received in the warranty module.
